to Bull Headed

I wrote a letter to the editor onetime when Texas tried to start a state income tax , it went as follows
Now I hear the cry for a state income tax , yet six years ago you said it was either a state income tax or the Lottery are you saying the Texas Lottery is not making any money?
I think the politicians should be paid according to their works and the people vote at the end of each year a,b,or c according to how the politicians did their duties and one month out of the year they should polish their constituants shoes and address them on the affairs of the state !
I knew of a Bull onetime , he made everything the stomach ate go to the head instead of the body equally , one day this BIG-HEADED bull went to the pond to get a drink of water and his HEAD fell under and the BODY was to small to PULL it out !
